Mantras for Wellbeing (Part Two)
As I said last week my mantras keep me going. I produced a very long list when I was writing my blog last week, so I’ve split them into two parts. If there are too many it’s difficult to make sense of them all.
I’m sharing with you some of the ones that help me maintain my equilibrium and well-being. Right now, we have the builders in our new home and the place is like a building site, so I most certainly need all the help I can get.
